Welcome to Top Local Websites! By accessing our website or engaging with our custom design and coding services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of partnership.

1. Project Terms & Scope

We build websites based on custom-negotiated proposals detailing specific static page limits, custom copy features, and layout styles. Any request outside the defined bounds in the approved project outline may be treated as a secondary service package adjustment.

Once a package has been selected and deposits have been processed, creative layout architecture works will begin. Standard deliverable timelines vary between 3 to 14 business days depending on responsiveness of asset provisions.

2. Pricing, Deposits & Ownership

Our custom package values are billed one-time as flat-rate flat fees. We do not apply recurring licensing or software access fees.

A starter upfront deposit is required prior to project kickoffs. Upon completion of design, coding iterations, and final payments, **100% of website file directories, style libraries, domain transfers, and text copywriting assets transition to complete client ownership**.

3. Web Hosting Deployments

We deploy completed static packages onto highly reliable, free-tier global content delivery networks (CDNs) including Netlify or Cloudflare. While CDN servers offer elite 99.99% uptimes and zero monthly subscription costs for normal traffic volumes, Top Local Websites holds no direct liability for network interruptions out of our immediate control.

4. Liability Limitations

Top Local Websites holds zero responsibility for corporate business losses, drop-offs in search index rankings, or client downtime caused by domain registration lapses or unauthorized code alterations executed post-handover.
